2025 Election:
May 6, 2025 Director Election
The District is conducting its regular Director Election this year to fill four at-large Board positions. There are three 4-year seats available and one 2-year seat. Seven candidates are running for the three 4-year terms, and one candidate is running for the 2-year term.
The Board of Directors has determined to conduct an independent mail ballot election. Ballots will be mailed to all eligible electors of the District during the week of April 14th.
Ballots are mailed to each individual’s voter registration address as it is on file with the County Clerk and the Secretary of State. If you do not receive your ballot at your registered voter address during the election timeframe, you may request that your ballot be mailed to another address using the following form: 2025 Request for Mail Ballot Grand Lake MRD
Ballots must be returned to the District’s independent Designated Election Official by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, May 6, 2025. For security reasons, there are no free-standing drop-off locations for ballots. Please plan accordingly so your ballot is received on time.
